On a full tropical acre of land, we have nine air conditioned one and two bedroom cottage style condominiums. Our spacious two bedroom / two bath condos (from $150) have a beautifully furnished living room and dining area, a large outdoor lanai, and a well equipped, full kitchen.

Our one bedroom cottages are priced from $105 and have similar amenities. There is a coin operated laundry room on the property, and you will enjoy finding fresh tropical flowers in your unit upon your arrival.

Our condominiums provide you with all the comforts of home. The kitchens are all well equipped with a full size stove and refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, blender, etc. All units have Cable TV . Each unit has its own phone with free local calls. All beds are queen-sized. Other special features include ceiling fans, distinctive tropical decor, hardwood floors, private lanais, and some have high-wood ceilings.

Our units are spacious, uncluttered, and bright with lots of windows to let in the sunshine and the beautiful tropical views. Housekeeping services may be provided for an additional fee. Beach equipment is available for all guests (chairs, towels, & beach mats) There is ample off street parking and lots of open space with fruit trees and flowers everywhere. A cheerful staff is on hand to answer any questions you may have about our beautiful island, and to arrange activities with local vendors.

At the front of our Poipu property is our 4 bedroom Hawaii plantation Bed and Breakfast house. With rates from $ 95 nightly, they are perhaps the best vacation values that you will find in Poipu. Nearby, on the grounds you will find a hot tub and barbecue that all guests are welcome to use. The four pristine, air conditioned, uncluttered bedrooms are decorated Island Style and feature tropical furnishings, cable TV, large private bathrooms, ceiling fans, and tropical garden views.

A spacious screened lanai that is bright and cheery serves as the common area of the house where a delicious breakfast is served each morning from 8 to 9:00 AM. Delicious Breakfast

We provide limited house keeping services, and there is a laundry room on the grounds for your convenience, as well as a free telephone in the Lanai Room.

From the Lanai Room, you can see the blue Pacific ocean, a short walk away, and the golden glow of the Poipu sunset. Our bedrooms are decorated in tropical themes, with high ceilings, either King or Queen beds, and each unit has air conditioning. The master bedroom and our Kauai honeymoon suite both have their own outdoor, private lanais.
