Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at the entrance to Pikes Peak sits the Rocky Mountain Lodge and Cabins, a rustic, elegant Colorado Bed and Breakfast Inn, & 2 Colorado cabins; located in Cascade, Colorado, just 6 miles west of Colorado Springs, and 5 miles west of Manitou Springs, in the historic Ute Pass. We are surrounded by mountains at Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's majestic 14,000+ foot mountains.

The Lodge was built in 1936 on 2 1/2 acres with beautiful mountain views, graced by over three hundred Spruce & Ponderosa Pine trees and surrounded by a grove of scrub oak and lilac bushes. The log Cabin, built in 1909, & stone Cottage, built in 1938, are on their on their own private property, also with mountain views, just down the street from the Lodge within walking distance.

Cascade Luxury Suite

The newly completed Cascade Suite, has it's own entrance, private sitting room, separate bedroom, private bathroom with a two person body spray shower, air massage whirlpool tub for two, a multi sided fireplace that can be enjoyed from the sitting room, bedroom, and jetted tub, and our famous 3 course breakfast can be served in-suite (or you may join the other guests in the dining room if you so desire). It will sleep up to 4 people. The Cascade Bed and Breakfast Suite also has it's own mini refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.


Manitou Room

The Manitou Room is the only room on the 1st floor in the main lodge and has a beautiful antique queen size bed, local historic photos, and a private bath with tub and shower combination. Room for a roll-away for an extra person if needed.

Ramona Room

The Ramona Room is our 2nd largest and most rented room after the Cascade Luxury Suite, is named after a local historic hotel and has historic photos, a queen size cherry sleigh bed, an electric fireplace, a sitting bench that can sleep an additional person, and a private bath with tub and shower combination.

Timber Wolf Room

The Timber Wolf Room, upstairs and our smallest room, has a beautiful queen size antique bed, a private bath with shower stall, and best of all, a private balcony with bistro set to sit out and enjoy the mountain views, stars and crisp clean air.

Ute Indian Trail Room

The Ute Indian Trail Room is decorated with Indian decor, has a beautiful queen sized knotty pine log bed, a desk, and a private bath with shower stall. Room for a roll-away for an extra person if needed.

Midland Room

The Midland Room, upstairs, is named after the Midland Railroad which ran through the area in the early 1900's and is decorated with local historic railroad photos. It has a beautiful four poster bed and mountain views from the windows. It has a private bath with shower stall.

Colorado Cabin

The two bedroom Cabin, built in 1909, offers a comfortable living room with a rock gas fireplace and Cable TV/VCR/DVD combo, a charming knotty pine kitchen with dining area, a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub, carport, and a private secluded patio to sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The cabin will sleep 6-7 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a double futon on the bottom, and a twin on the top, and there's a queen sofa bed in the living room (as well as a recliner). The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and dishwasher. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping services or meals are provided.

Colorado Honeymoon Cottage

The Cottage, built in 1938, has an upstairs and a downstairs, and will sleep up to 6 people. Upstairs is a combined bedroom/sitting room which has a queen bed, queen sofa bed, electric fireplace, and Cable TV/VCR. Downstairs is a kitchenette, dining area, day bed which opens to 2 twins, and a bathroom with a shower stall. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping services or meals are provided.

To insure that your stay is comfortable all six bedrooms have queen beds, private in room bathrooms, and cable TV/VCRs; the Luxury Suite also has a CD & DVD player as well. Modem hookups are available in each room for internet access. Choose amongst a sleigh, high post, knotty pine, aspen, and antique bed for your restful night's stay in our Bed and Breakfast Inn near Colorado Springs. Original furnishings decorate several of the rooms. Each of the bedrooms will offer you comfort with a scent of Colorado past.

Children ages 10 and older are welcome in the Bed & Breakfast Lodge (children of all ages are welcome in our Cabin, Cottage, and ''Entire Lodge Rentals'').

3 night minimum for all 3 days weekends such as President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving; as well as AFA Graduation, 4th of July, & Christmas)

Weekend stays during high season and holidays cannot be broken up and must include both a Friday AND Saturday night stay. If for a 3 day weekend, stays would require the 3 nights of that particular holiday weekend (i.e. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for Memorial weekend).

Due to the summer being highly requested for Entire Lodge rentals, we do not take any B&B room reservations until the end of April for the summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

We do not take B&B reservations for major holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). We operate only as an ''Entire Lodge Rental'' during those holidays so that we can spend those days with our own family.

A deposit equaling one night?s room rate or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is due within 7 days of making the reservation. Payment may be made by credit card or personal check (if 2 weeks or more prior to arrival). Balance is due at arrival, payable with cash or credit card only.

From Denver

Take I-25 South to Colorado Springs. Exit at Hwy 24 West (Cimarron St. - Exit 141). Make a left at the traffic light (Hwy 24 West/Cimarron St.). Stay on Hwy 24 for approximately 10 miles until you see the signs for Cascade and the Pikes Peak Toll Road. Take a right at the light (Severy); make an immediate left onto the frontage road (Ute Pass Ave.). Take an immediate right onto Topeka Ave. Your 2nd left will be Hagerman Ave., make a left on Hagerman. Follow Hagerman up and around to the right; you will see a gazebo on the lawn, and the lodge and driveway are just after that on the left.

From Colorado Springs

Take an immediate right onto Topeka Ave. Your 2nd left will be Hagerman Ave., make a left on Hagerman. Follow Hagerman up and around to the right; you will see a gazebo on the lawn, and the lodge and driveway are just after that on the left.
